Despite the euro crisis and recession fears, many of our clients had a solid year in 2011. It was not quite
business as usual. Strategies were re-cast, websites re-designed, new markets and new approaches
tested. But with a number of our clients wanting to communicate important changes, it was a busy year
for us.

Years of reorganisations have left many of our clients lean and mean. Those still in the cockpit have
twice as much to look at on their radar screens. Some of this they need to outsource. And now, on top of
everything else, companies want to be seriously ‘green’ and see Corporate Responsibility as the remedy
for corporate longevity.
